Britney's 4th single in circus *and blackout* is gonna be RADAR!
OMG, I was so gonna wait for this single to come out like last year!
video concept is that its supposed to be similar to the orignal plot a year ago, its supposed to be where shes a cop chasing a guy around london that she saw in a club, and shes gonna film it when shes at the 02 arena, I actually wanted it to be a single, itll be good for sales for blackout and circus at the same time, and I think it was her backup weapon, I think itll be another #1 like womanizer, and I really really hope she gets joseph kahn ( stronger, Toxic, and womanizer ) to be the director
